Top to bottom as they leave the case:

HV Positive at OEM contactor
HV Negetive at OEM contactor (outside the HAL sensor)
- May be required for regen mode, as of yet untested.
HV Negetive at new junction (inside the HAL sensor)
- New short cable from contactor through HAL sensor
  rejoins OEM cable and new PHEV cable.
